What Service To Expect
To guarantee the service you deserve and to ensure we have ample time to deliver meticulous results, we allocate a minimum of 2 hours for standard ovens and 3-5 hours for Range or AGA models.
Our appointments are scheduled within two daily time slots: 09:00/09:15 for the morning slot and 13:00/13:30 for the afternoon slot. Please note that these times may vary slightly due to travel and external factors on the day.
Our pricing is openly displayed and covers the standard cleaning of the oven and its original equipment only. Additional items such as roasting trays can be cleaned for a small surcharge.
In certain cases, ovens with triple or quadruple glazing on their doors may require a more thorough strip-down process. If necessary, this will be discussed with you on the day of the appointment.
